Rental income and overtime?
i would like to apply for a rental house and the requirement are income must equal 3x 's the rent. My interview is for rentals do they count overtime on the job or should I use my contract brief as income. The only entry about the contract pay packet is that I have merely started and I get salaried cash and will achieve a 1099 at the end of the year so I don't know how to document. my rent at my current place is never behind schedule and a couple of times we have compensated a month in credit and I have also compensated all the collections on my credit rotten and trying to reestablish credit.Answers: The reason you own to make 3x the rent is so you can earnings rent and your other bills and still have money for food and other things. You will enjoy to be able to show the manager paystubs or deposit slips or let them bid your empolyer so they can verify your income. Overtime is not usually counted because it can change month to month.
Hope this help
I guess the best to do is have a mention from the other place. Show cancelled cheques. Strange that they need to know you generate 3 times the amount of your income. Its none of thier business what you make. In Alberta here as long as you own a job payment the damage deposit and might enjoy to have final months rent available its no problem getting a rental property.

Average utilities bills for an apartment.?
I am trying to find an aroud about price for the following bills for a 650 sq foot apartment within St. Louis, MO.Electric
Water
Gas
Cable
And if you have any road to tell me the average simply phone stripe and internet bill. Thanks.
Answers: electric & gas together is pretty easy to numeral out. A good rule of thumb is 10$ per 100 sq ft. So you are looking at something like 65 per month for that. Water will be about 20$ Cable...resourcefully that depends what you get. I would articulate 50 if you like more than a moment ago the basics and want to gain some of teh HD channels. Internet is pretty much 40 to 45 for illustrious speed and a land chain is normally just about 30 to 40 per month.
