What is rent escrow?
I was told that I should record for rent escrow in court during the eviction process. Will I attain the rent that is owed to me and is the purpose for the eviction? Kentucky? Explain?Answers: It sounds like you are a manager.
This is an escrow account where on earth your tenant pays their rent into until after your court date.
Usually they are court ordered when the tenant is not paying and feels defensible on leeching off of you.
Difference between renting and buying your business..?
I want to know the differance between buying or renting a place to work, yu see im looking into this at the moment and not sure whats best as i dont want to put my house in hazard if it doesnt work out.. but if you are just renting the place do you still own to go into closely of debt? I have the money for adjectives my equipment that i shall need but will within be any hidden costs? If so what...If renting a place can i create changes to the place...
Answers: Usually you can brand changes, some times even the innkeeper pays for the changes "build to suit".
I would rent, not buy. Worry just about getting your business off the ground since you get into commercial solid estate.
Are mortgage rates going to continue to drop ? I can get 4.875 right now! What do you guys think?
Answers: It's going to keep dropping, but if you have the money I would pick one up right now.
If you have like $30,000 and you are planning a $200,000 house, get your mortgage now for 4.8% or whatever... have it locked in for a year and then you have to renew. It will be lower. This time next year, reassess and decide if you think rates are going to go up (they probably will), then you want to lock into a 5 or 10 year loan.
That's the way I would probably go about it anyway.
You must be talking about a conforming 15 year fixed. I can do 4.875% on a 15 year and 5.25% on a 30.
If you are waiting for lower you are risking some of the best rates now. I would not wait if I were you. Get with a broker and lock now.
