He told us numerous times he would be over, we waited respectively time and he never showed. 6 Wks later and after we fixed it, he shows up knowing we are surrounded by another town and that only our 15 year outdated was home.Answers: Did he telephone CPS? I would own called CPS.
So if he know you were out of town and merely your 15year old daughter be home...obviously that money he called and spoke to you...so wouldn't he hold known you fixed the lock?

Does the builder deposit your ernest check before you complete the buyer agreement?
Answers: You should provide an earnest money check at the same time you are signing a contract to buy. That's different from an actual purchase - it's more of an intent to buy. The builder cashes your earnest money check while you are getting your financing together, or inspections or whatever is going on until closing date. Then, you deduct your earnest money paid from funds due at closing.

Earnest money check should be deposited in trust or escrow. Check your purchase agreement as to when is the time frame they are going to deposit it. It varies by state. In Reno, NV. It is one business day.
It sounds like you should be guided by your real estate professional.
No most builders will write-up the contract/ purchase agreement first and then deposit the check

the pricesAnswers: I believe that in laste 2009 to impulsive 2010 we will see prices level out and later start to rise in California. Other makets may be a few months ahead of at the back of it. The prices rose too high too express, the "different" interest only loans etc didn't lend a hand, most of those were 2 -5 years, so I ruminate that by 2010 (only two years from now) we will see the rock bottom & the rise of prices.
Hopefully within the subsequent 2-5 years, I'm going to be in the buying souk in that time and I'd to some extent not pay $500,000 for a six room headland on a tiny lot.
