Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

What are law pertaining to vocal agreements within PA? Roomie moved out, departing us stuck near rent?

4 college girls moved into a house. One left at Christmas. She made a choral agreement to live with us for a year. At the house she rented a parking spot, received correspondence and shared a checking account created for rent payments. In State College, PA, 4 females cannot lease a house because the town considers that to be a brothel, but the tenant rents the house to 4 girls and just leaves one dub off the lease. The girl who moved out be the one whose name be not on the lease. We are now paying an added $1000 and the landlord say there is nought we can do. Does anyone have any concept??

Answers: There are no verbal agreements surrounded by real estate.

Only signed contracts and broad housing laws.

Your innkeeper is correct, the way you did it here isn't anything legally that can be done.

Should I rent month to month to a probable ruin familial?

The house is in OH and I construe that if the family go into bankruptcy while LEASING I can't see them out or collect money...but what about a month to month rental? Are the rules like? Thanks!

Answers: Yes and no. The rules on the financial side remain the same but on a month to month agreement you can changeover any term of the lease (like how frequent tenants can reside there) making it extraordinarily difficult for them to comply to your imagination. But, like the others enjoy said why have the headache if you can avoid it very soon?
DONT DO IT i had some friends beside this problem and your right you can not kick them out if they database for bankruptcy my friends people rented out an apartment to a family resembling this and they paid the first months rent and next went cleaned out and they ended up staying in attendance for almost a year after that never paying any rent or utilities and after my friends family finally get them out the apartment was horrable it be trashed and disgusting and the people who moved out didnt enjoy to pay for anything!! it be bull **!! dont do it i know you probably feel impossible for them if they have no place to dance but its not your problem dont get your self screwed up by trying to comfort someone else its not worth it!

What happen to tenets contained by a foreclosure?

My landlord told us he is going into foreclosure and we hold 3-6 months until we have to move. But everyday I see population come looking at the house, so my question is...if someone buys the house is in attendance any chance we can stay or we still enjoy to move? Why? Can u explain, please and thankyou

Answers: It is up to the people that buy the house. If they want you to move, you must move. They may not want it as a rental.

Your rental is next to the current owner, once he is no longer the owner your contract is void.
IF ur house is purchased , u lease is no longer valid surrounded by most states.
do start packing tomorrow.
do start saving extra money , hold a garage sale. down size or find a rental storage place.
IF the house is purchased by a owner intent to live surrounded by it u may have as little as 24 hrs to 30 days to disappear.
IF it is purchased buy an investor , u maybe competent to continue renting at a highly developed rate most likely. don't bet on this opportunity.
