The neighbors cannot force you to get rid of your land. Taking ground can only be done by the management for certain purposes (eminent domain). It can't be used to increase their right of way.
If they are come to rest locked, they could go to court to acquire an easement, which is different. But the fact they already hold an easement means they are not park locked. Plus, if there are any other ways for them to attain access they would not be able to acquire an easement anyway.
