Where is the best place surrounded by the US to buy estate right in a minute?
I want to buy a piece of property that I can build on in 5-10 years. I'm looking for a massive plot of land big, possibly 5-15 acres and would like it to be at a credible price. It is going to be a getaway home, so more rural areas would be best, so the risk of over development is not as elevated. Any suggestions or websites would be great.Answers: Arkansas still has some of the best prices on topography. The area where on earth I am is heavily wooded and definitely not over developed. You would still know how to find land on a river or mere with massively reasonable prices. Do a scour for Hardy, Ashflat, Evening Shade, Ravenden, Cave City real estate. Still great price to be have.
Good luck. We bought here and now enjoy a 3bed,2bath home with 150ft of lakefront. Peaceful and noiseless. No one around, but close enough to budge to major stores.

This will provide ou with the amount of housing benefit your likley to receive on a distinctive property. You can get the forms from your local authority. Or ask your CAB to provide benefit estimates using different level of rent

generally your local council website will hold a page on this and some even have a rushed guide form that you fill within and it gives you a notion of what might be available to you. getting information is a bloody nightmare i don;t know your local council but maidstone in Kent have these forms so you could try there merely to get an model. good luck
