I'd want to take a sabbatical and travel to Greece, Turkey and for a few days to Antarctica. I'd want to stay in nice hotels, have money to go on fantastic tours, and eat good food w/o worrying about cost.
Before leaving, I'd buy some nice clothes to make me feel good...I don't really know why clothes make me feel good, but they sure do! I'd use some money for my dad to have a nurse to take care for him while I'm gone...
Traveling makes me forget all my problems and makes me feel good about being alive and that my time was well spent.

FIRST & FOREMOST: 10% or $10,000 is given to our - yours and mine - favorite charities. I discovered its far better to give than to receive. When I give to and for others, it comes back - many, many times.
2] 10% or $10,000 to me. This money goes into a savings account to grow and earn more money.
3] 35% or $35,000 for my taxes. Sooner or later, the government ALWAYS gets its "piece of the action".
4] 25% or $25,000 for me to learn how to be a better person: taking courses, learning to invest better.
5] 10% or $10,000 for me to do as I want. Why? Because I worked for it. I earned it. I deserve it.
6] 10% or $10,000 for a "rainy day fund". Just to have in caase I must get something or go somewhere.

I was wondering if apartment complex prices will drop like real estate in So California?
Answers: I would guess not. When people are getting foreclosed on and losing their homes where do they go to live? An apartment! This will probably drive up demand for rentals and likely drive rent prices UP, not down.

I am relocating to the area soon and I'm researching different neighborhoods. I've be told Tipton County is the place to buy because of low taxes, low crime, and better schools. However, I love the houses within the historic districts. What is the outlook on that area?Answers: Cooper-young is an nouns that is on the unconditional upswing. It will be way more expensive surrounded by the next few years.
Tipton County is particularly nice. good freindly culture too. You can also look on realtor websites and get a sense of home values surrounded by the area
