Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Does anyone hold an *affordable* 2 bed flat to rent surrounded by London or surrounding nouns?

I realise this is a long shot, but if you don't ask, you don't get, and have exhausted all other avenues, it must be worth a shot!

My partner and I (me 22, him 26) are looking for a 2 bedroom flat any within London or within the surrounding areas. We are expecting our first child this autumn and need somewhere verbs and safe please.

We both work within Victoria at the moment so anywhere easily commutable would be a bonus.
Our budget (here's the corner!) is around lb900pcm or more if this is to include bills.
We can afford a deposit but anything more than 1month deposit plus 1 month in mortgage would be a big struggle for us. If you were to be flexible near a deposit this would a huge help for us.

We are working professionals and can provide reference.

I would be so grateful if anyone has something suitable and could contact me next to details. This is our first child and we are desperate to get a home in position, but with prices surrounded by London, this is proving tricky!

I repay lb736 for a 2 bed flat in East London, which isn't a fruitless area where on earth I am, and can get straight into Liverpool street within 20 mins or Victoria in 30.

There are places for lb900 pcm if you look around. Obviously your not going to find one surrounded by Chelsea for that lol but there are plenty of areas that are ok and wearing clothes to choose from, that would get you a 2 bed flat for that amount of money. Perhaps not a garden and what not, but within are some good places to start bad from.
Gumtree is a good place to look to return with an idea roughly areas and prices, although I would always progress with a legit estate agent, regardless of hoops and fees but anything is best for you guys!

Good luck, but I live surrounded by London and pay lb700 pcm to live surrounded by a share house so not sure that a two-bedroom flat for lb900 pcm exists.

It depends on how far you're willing to commute, but nearby are many parts of Kent and Sussex which are inside under an hour of Victoria so I'd look down near. I'd start off next to a general site close to www.findaproperty.com to figure out exactly what areas you could look at and which agencies you could contact.

The advantages of moving out of the city would mingy that you'd get a bigger house and garden, probably within a nicer area. The disadvantage would be that what you're positive in rent you're spending on train fare.

How low can the apr go? and how so will it go back up?




Answers: It can definitely go lower. It will only go back up once the Federal Reserve Chairman believes the economy is getting better.

Is it possible to contribute the MLS on your site if you're not a Realtor?

How you can you add MLS listings to your site if you're not a Realtor? Could you partner beside one who could allow you use their data nurture? This would be on a popular RE site and there would be something similar to "MLS listings provide Jon Doe Realtor" with a relationship to their website.


Answers: look in to "for Dutch auction by owner" they have a method of you getting MLS on your own. **POLAR YC : Contact the realty offices of where on earth your interested & most likely they would be relaxed to help you out, seeing how the "market" is comatose on arival.
Why?
The purpose of the MLS is to sell houses. If you are not a licensed sale agent you can't actually market real estate.

If you are not a partaker of the local realtor assoc AND pay the MLS fees, you can't use the MLS system.

So why would you want to join MLS.
