I don't know the answer to your question, but I will vent for a second because I perceive your pain. I (through no ones failing but my own) had a child at 19 and be a single mom. Sure, I could have continued to work at subway and have goverment assistance, but I don't think explicitly a good example for my child. So I worked really complex at two jobs, kept trying for the subsequent promotion and never took a cent from the government. I am still broke most of the time and live paycheck to paycheck, but I work sturdy and my children have a appropriate life. I see other parents out nearby who do not have to work as tricky and have a better standard of living because they whip from the goverment. It really irritates me sometimes!
