Is the manager allowed to charge the tenant a payment for moving the rent from one statement to another details?

i am a private tenant in charge of paying the rent to the tenant and i pay the rent into his details and he has to retribution lb35 to move it into his mortgage account. He is going to start charging me for the levy he has to remuneration. Is this allowed

In spite what people hold written above (which is sound advice) - to be honest, it is erudite the reasons he is increasing your the amount you wage as he is allowed, as your landlord, to up your rent.

The lingo under which your rent can be increased will be within your contract, and it sounds like he is ignore this as it typically requires written warning, and later a period of 1 - 3 months earlier taking effect.

As people read out though, it sounds like he is trying it on. I would nickname his bluff. Challenge the legitimacy of the claim, if he insists its valid then articulate if he is genuinely going to increase the rent, do so beneath the terms of your existing agreement, and you will enjoy to review his prices against whats available in the nouns. For a measley lb35 a month I doubt he would risk having it deserted for a few months.
No way would you be expected to reimburse for his bank charges!

Surely you can retribution the rent direct into his mortgage account. If he have originally asked you to pay into another article and then he have to transfer it on, next that is up to him and if any charges are incurred they are his responsibility. HIS bank arrangements are not your problem - and certainly should not affect your finances. This is his responsibility - he's a moment ago after more money from you. Sounds like a dodgy innkeeper.
He should as well ask you to repay for his tranportation to the bank to verbs his money.

Answers: Good luck. Everyone wishes to sell their timeshare devotion. If you can find anyone that will take it sour your hands for free, I would submerge at it.

Timeshare memberships are a ripoff. These companies lie to procure you to buy. The annual fees and other costs associated with a timeshare are extremely high.

I'm afraid that if you hired a broker to abet you that he would charge you a fee and wouldn't be capable of sell your timeshare. Nobody requests a timeshare.

Here is the research I did before choosing a company:
I used G00GLE.com and typed within MANY key word BUYER language (buyer terms close to "buy timeshare" "buy (resort name) timeshare" or "buy (resort state) timeshare") to find the company that actual buyers would most likely find first. I wrote down the company url's and did the following research on the companies I found:

1. I checked the BBB report on the company
2. I made them provide traffic and extend reports
3. I searched online for complaints nearly the company.

All this took me a couple hours (the final decision took days!)
I also posted on free sites at equal time and recommend you do the same as all right.

Answers: I assume you are coming to UK from out of the country .. 23k (pounds) is below average wage and you could not really afford to live in London.

Amersham should be cheaper, however you will struggle to afford even to rent a 1 room flat (known here as 'bedsits') .. check out Craigs List etc.
