Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

How does video rental work ?

Do video rentals have to settle up royalty to movie studio for every movie rented ?

Thanks!

Answers: No they buy the movies off them to start beside and thats it!

What are some good websites that find cheap, affordable, housing in an area that I choose?

Answers: I have had this problem many many times. rent.com , move.com, and apartments.com seemed to turn out the best results for me. I am constantly moving state to state so I need to know these things. Once you find a property you like, make sure it is a safe and secure area. Type in the property name with the word review on G00GLE.com and some reviews should come up. Also, if you are curious about a new town, wikipedia.com has wonderful descriptions, variants, pro&cons of every town you could think of. Happy house, or apartment hunting, and good luck!
I would try

(your choice of city)rent.com

Such as Chicagorent.com or newyorkrent.com

Hope this helps, good luck
Try http://www.craigslist.org

Property. I will be buying my council flat soon. I enjoy one flat above me. I own a big garden.?

Could I put an exstention into the garden keeping it inline with my ceiling. Any help out or advice would be great, Cheers CRAIG

Answers: Are you maxim that it's a communal garden, shared with the flat above? In that suitcase, you've got no uncertainty.

If it's your own garden, then it might be possible. You inevitability to get planning okay from the council, but what I would advise, up to that time you bother to have plans drawn up and dance through the permissions process which will be expensive, is that you walk around your estate and also other estates owned by your council and own a look as to whether anyone else has get extensions. This will give you an hypothesis about whether they're expected to approve it or not, and what type of extensions they're likely to approve. Also speak to your neighbours and see if they enjoy any experience of this.
The only populace who could tell you is the council.

You'll needed planning green light.

I don't see any problem, but if it somehow detracts from the value of the property above or the subsequent door neighbours then they might try to stop you.
I would be totally surprised if you would be allowed to extend your flat if you live in a block of flats. I enjoy never seen this sort of extension contained by my area and I drop by a lot of council properties contained by connection near my work.
