I would like to buy a home out of state and in good health over 2,000 miles away as a vacation home.I currently rent and don't plan on buying a home here contained by my area. I am a first time
home buyer. Can I buy this home near an FHA mortgage as a primary residence? Does FHA
allow vacation homes. THanks.
Answers: You cannot do this through FHA.
FHA does not allow that. However you can achieve some great programs with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. FHA would work best when you buy a house and it is contained by close proximity where you work.
Where can I find rental listings from private landlords that don't do credit checks?

Most of the rentals there are by individual owner and you can usually work near them. Check the Apts / Housing section.

Answers: Rochester Hills is remarkably safe, because I would know. I live in that!! The neighborhoods are very nice, and within are many places to move about in the Rochester nouns.
