Underground houses?
I would love to buy a house that is partly under ground partially up. any ideas on where on earth I can find any. any state. and what about financing? ???Answers: You're looking for "a raise ranch, "a raise ranch house", "a raise rancher" or "a bi-level". They are all like.
The lower level have the home's utilities and services, laundry room, a half-bath or powder room and usually a family room beside sliding doors exiting to a deck or patio.
The upper smooth has
the Living Room, Dining Room/Area, Kitchen, Bedrooms and Bath[s].
Financing is usually pretty routine. With the mortgage bazaar in its present state, the guidelines are more restricted.
You're probably better bad making application at a savings and loan or federal credit federation. Generally the fees and costs are less.
A commercial dune or mortgage company has superior rates and fees. .
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

Yes, i.e. my real closing name!
I would believe most any state would have some or allow them to be built.
Financing for such an existing home should be no different than for a conventional home.
Interesting article on them:

I come up with you should always use a buyer broker and you can really tell them what you are interested within. If you go next to a large company, close to ReMax, even if a lot of distance have to be covered, they should be able to toy with it and the brokers should be working with one another (in other words a successful public sale could result in a "finder's fee" for the referring broker if near is nothing suitable surrounded by his area but he can hook you up beside a realtor elsewhere.)
There are tons of them in New Mexico for some judgment. However, financing for them is a little tougher than usual. Many banks will not lend on them at adjectives and if they do, the rate is generally much complex as it is an unusual property with longer resale time. The bank basically vista the loan as if they had to whip it back, how tough would it be to get rid of it? Expect to put a minimum of 20% down depending on the edge.

Who is the best real estate company in northwestern Indiana ?
Answers: If there's a Century 21 there, I'd go with them. When I was a new agent, I went through probably 7 companies before I found one that I thought took pride in treating their clients fairly. You'd be surprised at the tactics that some companies use!
If there is no C21 there, contact the Better Business Bureau.
