Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Can hotelier place for rent sign surrounded by front ,even though I still live within?

I have given my 30 daylight notice to move, the tenant has put up a for rent sign and even added a do not disturb tenant sign (which is really small) , and people are still coming around everyday looking contained by my windows and ringing my doorbell to ask question. It is starting to get extremely annoying , I can't even have my glass open, someone be pressed against my screen yell "hello" ! Can I take the sign down or do I own to just buy and sell with it?

Answers: You own to deal beside it.

You could just put your own small sign on your door and voice "Sorry, I can't answer any questions for you please bid (and put in the landlord's number from the for rent sign)
The manager is in his right to put up the sign surrounded by order to rent it as soon as possible after you move, however - I infer the sign should also indicate a contact phone number and the date it will be available.
Depending on your lease or rental agreement, the landlord may also be entitled to show your place while you are still living contained by there!
So surrounded by the meantime, maybe you can put up a bigger Do Not Disturb sign, contact proprietor at ### with any question.
Hope time passes outstandingly quickly.
They own a right to put up a sign , yet you do enjoy the right to your privacy as a tenant for the remaining 30 days.

How can you acquire a warranty work if the proprietor never issued you one even though the house is yours very soon?

My dad took the landlord to court because she never remunerated taxes and the judge give us the house but we still have to settle up all of the rear legs taxes. But when he would try and get a loan from an agency he be turned down becuase he needed a warranty deed. Now the warranty action was never issued to us by the innkeeper and since the house is his now by style of court there is no instrument she could ever give my dad a warranty achievement. So how can he get one, does he step see a judge or does he fashion one himself? Help please

Answers: Are you sure your father was awarded the house? That is significantly unusual and doesn't make any sense. You father could enjoy been award the due debt, but the deed does not come next to that.

The landlord would not hold issued you the deed, the intercede would have have to have signed it over (rather unheard of).

You should gain a title search to see who justifiably owns the house, but I doubt it is your father. I think you misunderstood the judgement.
You can't net a deed up yourself, it a form...different surrounded by each state which hold to be singed, notarized and recorded by the county clerk's bureau.

My advise to you is get hold of a Real Estate Attorney ASAP, you'll have stir to court.
Try the title company with whom you closed the concordat.
