Looking for helpon subdividing a 25 acre lot within indiana?
An acre of the property is being will to us with a house on it. The being wants to afford us the acre but we dont know who to approach about it or should we lately get it surveyed and record. Any information anyone can offer would be great.Answers: I am assuming you are getting 1 acre from the 25. Make sure nearby is an easement established and recorded. If it is a rural nouns it may not be worth it. You have to establish an easement and hold it recorded, wage for a survey. If there are no utilities running to it here isn't much you can do with an acre. Depend on the ground and perk test you may not be able to build on it unless it have a rural sewer system.

in my apartment i sometimes dont hold hot water. this be going on a couple of days now. One daylight there be no hot water until 3pm. I enjoy a 2 month old and i own to boil water only to give her a tub. My bf cant even take a shower when he get up to go to work at 5am.I know u can report your tenant for no hot water but within my case can i still report him when near are certain times during the daytime it is on? But i must admit this is worse than the projects because even surrounded by projects if its going to be no hot water they vacate a notice for what time it will come about.i dont understand who should i be speaking too? As landlords its nearby duty to provide tenants w/h marine. Just as if i couldnt pay rent they wouldnt ask me why they convey my a* to landlord tenant court
Answers: When you call your landlord to report this problem, what did he vote? If this has be an on going problem, send your manager a letter indicating that you are have problems with insufficiency of hot water. If he fail to remedy the problem within a week, call for the housing inspector. They will inspect and cite him, and require repair within a specific timeframe.
However, if you don't enjoy a lease, you may want to start looking for another place to live. Your landlord may contracted to give you discern.
