My wife and I want to move to Florida. Can you recommend a nice town close at hand the the deep that may be nice for us?
Florida, near the shoreline. ThanksAnswers: The Jacksonville/St. Augustine area is great.
But it depends on what your other criteria are.
Since Florida is unsophisticatedly a huge peninsula, it shouldn't be hard to find a great fit for you and your wife.
There are plentiful nice places in Florida
Sarasota, Naples, Clearwater.
St. Augustine is gorgeous. Nice town and very close to the shoreline. The town gives tours on trolleys, great little shops, plus tons of places to chomp through. It's very cute.
Can I go?? LOL I get a couple of friends of mine down there. One lives surrounded by Marco Island Florida and another at tip of Florida and Georgia. Good luck with your move.

Check out Venice, on the Gulf of Mexico - 15 minutes south of Sarasota, 1 hour north of Naples, 1 hour south of Tampa, 2 hours to visit Mickey!!
Very affordable. Houses start at $100K, condos below that.
High failure gated country club communities, too, starting in the low to mid $200K.

Actually you might want to consider looking into Pompano Beach. I have friends who live contained by that area and I enjoy stayed at their house there. Pompano Beach have a nice community and everything seems terribly comfortable and friendly. I personally really like getting along with the neighbors. In insert, you have your own dock where on earth if you do have a boat or consider buying one if you move to Florida, you can keep hold of one there. You can fit up to two motor boats or speed boats so theres plenty of room. From the waterway, you can go out into the the deep on your boat if you want. Even without the boats, nearby are some really pretty houses. So, maybe you could in recent times look into that area as okay.

Who is responsible for Mortgage company mistake?
I fell behind within my payments with my mortgage (not portion of the sub prime mortgage mess) and the house went into foreclosure. I set up a repayment plan next to the mortgage company and have successfully brought everything current over the concluding year. This past Friday I acquire a "Notice of Trustee Sale" posted to my door announcing my house was going to be auctioned contained by a few weeks. I called the company who posted this and they told me that I own not made payments on one of my mortgages. At the time of setting up the repayment plan, I had two mortgages next to Aurora. Since I worked with Aurora to set up a repayment plan, I assumed that both mortgages be being taken consideration of, because the monthly payment increased substantially and that the two mortgages be handled by one and the same company. But Aurora only did the repayment for one mortgage and not the other. I question it, but Aurora said they were the solitary ones I need to work beside, that is not the baggage. What can I do?Answers: I would immediately contact an attorney. My personal sentiment is that the mortgage company is wrong but the law could own a different outcome. The attoney could probably temporarily stop the sale and at least possible if it is your fault it should buy you some time within finding another place to live.
It may be too late to do anything. I hatred to say this (I could be wrong) but it seem like it's really your responsibility to engender sure everything is set. Most likely, the 2 mortgages be completely different accounts. You cannot assume that this company will change both accounts. That's not how it works. Some those in this industry only just don't take into narrative the details. That's why you cannot assume anything. You should have question it and found definitive answers. Take this as a hard lesson cultured.
In the meantime, call Aurora and explain the situation. Ask to speak next to a supervisor or a manager. See if anything can be done at this point. Don't bother next to the auctioning company because there is zilch they can do. Aurora might be able to verbs the auction or stop it. But you are probably going to have to come up near more money.
Everything in bank and investments is all roughly speaking documentation. If both accounts were merged into one next you would have be signing new documents. It would own been clear. These are question you need to ask almost. Don't take anything for granted. You may chew over it's not your business but it will only hurt you if you bring this attitude.
I'm a proactive person. I've worked contained by banking/investments. I know how it works. There's a lot of regulation.
I hope it works out for you but at this point, I don't know.
It's going to depend on you and how you manipulate it from here. Start calling. Don't get upset or start yell. It won't do any good. Be insistent and have your facts within order. They will be more liable to work with you if you are peaceful and honest.
