Mortgage and Deed?
Hypothetically?!?! I purchase a house for $250,000 and then the payments move about up the next year and I can't pay cheque for it... If I sell the house for $100,000. What happen to the deed... Would the ridge that I took the loan out for own the house, or the guy who bought it off me for it own it... and what would take place to the $150,000 I owe? If I can't pay it... what do they rob? I don't own a house anymore. Please answer all of my question.Answers: To begin, you cannot deal in the house for less later what is owed on the Note unless the bank agrees to it. It is later called a short public sale. The bank have to release your lien in proclaim for you to have clear title to provide the property. No other lender will finance a property lacking being surrounded by first position. So if the bank does allow a short mart, then it could be possible that the difference would be considered as income by the IRS. Also depending on the type of achievement you may have a judgement placed against you for the difference. If you are thinking of doing a short foot, consult with a CPA to see what your duty consequences would be. Also, a short sale will be looked upon as a foreclosure by other lenders should you approved to buy another house in the close at hand future. I hope this help some.
I agree with the correct answer above. My 2 cents is that the "income" would hold to be above 250,000 in directive to be considered a taxable capital gain, so that would not apply within this case.
Can I rent an apartment next to my EIN #?
Could I use my Employer Identifaction Number to rent an apartment instead of my Social because of credit issues?Answers: You do not need a social wellbeing number to rent an apartment so therefore your answer is yes. But ... whomever owns it may ask that you provide one and it is not not permitted for them to decline you for not having it.
Individuals do not hold an EIN number. The number belongs to a business, which you might own, but that number does not belong to YOU.
