Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Do i involve to wages?

My landlord does not want us (10 living within the house) to pay the rent direct into his side. there is a drawer within the Kitchen where we should put the money within and then they collect it. As a result of this unsecure method, my rent be stolen for one week. and he still wants me to earnings. Do i need to settle or is it his responsability to provide a secure method of paying the rent? Like a box where on earth you can put the money in to which individual he has a push button.

Regards

Morne

Answers: Good lord. You should at least income with a check. What make you think he didn't steal it himself?

I really am not sure, tell him nearly it, and he should DEFINATELY provide a secure method of paying the rent.. omg, putting it within a drawer in the kitchen.. somebody will be tempt to take it... lolz.. 10 ppl, gotta think twice...

I hope i helped...

BYE!!
Morne, in attendance is no reason within the world for your landlord to come into your place every month to collect the rent. In the adjectives, write them a check & either messages it to them or hand-deliver it.

Unfortunately, you still owe the stolen rent money.
You are NOT RESPONSIBLE if he does not have a SECURE means of access in which to pay packet the rent!
Any lawyer will report you to tell him that you are NOT responsible & to advocate him to set up a locked box with a slot to slide salary in. Never again earnings cash ! Always use a check or money establish & make a copy of the check or money proclaim! Put your name and the exact extent of time the rent is for on the check or money order -- the xerox it b4 you settle!
In Florida & most states it is ILLEGAL for a landlord to put you out -- eve if you dont retribution. In Florida it can take up to 6 months to evict you officially. If he changes the locks on you, appointment the police, they will order him to tolerate you in & bestow you a key ! If he take your stuff & keeps it or sell it -- he has COMMITTED A CRIME , a crime call CONVERSION (I believe that's how it's called). It means he converted your stuff into money vitally & that's illegal.
Tell him you've other paid, it's his idiosyncrasy for not providing a safe opening to pay, and that you will pay cheque by Check or Money Order from now on which you'll construct a copy of. Tell him there is a theif contained by the house & he'd best find out who it is & that he inform everyone in the house in the region of the theif -- that is also his duty. His subsequent duty is to inform the police -- perhaps they enjoy mugs shots & it could be someone in the home!
On another endorsed note, telephone your local ZONING DEPT. and ask how many unrelated population are allowed to share a house in your city or county -- every city/county have these laws & human being a former landlord I KNOW he is contained by VIOLATION of CODES!! So if he gets pushy ask him if you should check beside the police about "known" criminals as 1 is contained by your house & also ask if he gets concrete nasty if he is complying next to local ZONING LAS by having adjectives these people surrounded by one house !! Also did he "screne" you b4 you moved in? If not, after he didnt screne the others for criminal backgrounds any. And he could be stealing it too , you can say how do I know you didnt pick it up & forget or go and get mine confused with some elses ?? Dont wuss out, be strong, stand your ground! HE IS BREAKING A LOT OF LAWS !!

I'm thinking just about moving and considered necessary to know some of the best indisputable estate newsletters available to look at?

Preferably, in the United States and free, but if here is a cost for the subscription, is it really worth the price.
