Credit scoring for mortgage?

if my application for mortgage was decline from one bank are within chances it will be standard in another? does it depend on how polite your mortgage broker is?

What happen surrounded by a second mortgage foreclosure.?

A house is being foreclosed and posted within the news broadsheet. I did a title search and the current foreclosure is for the second mortgage. Does anyone presently what happens to the first loan. If I bid and won would I obtain the house.

I was underneath the impression one and only the first lender had the right to go the house to secure their money and the second lender be left to fend for themselves / pinch it up personally beside the borrower. I am confused as to why the foreclosure of the second mortgage is in the composition.
