What do I charge someone for moving some stuff??
A couple years ago, our Ex-Landlord asked BF to help her move some stuff out of her mom's apt contained by Queens. (We are on LI, so about an hour drive from there) He took his 6X9 trailer within and loaded it up, and brought it back to her house and unloaded it. (about 25 min from our house). He kept the stuff she be throwing out and dropped it at the town dump on the free day. A couple months following, she asked us to help her again, this time we both go in, but short the trailer. There was little adequate to just pack up our Jeep Cherokee Laredo and her truck (a little smaller than ours). How would I charge for this? Gas money, afterwards hours worked, and labour? We spent $30 on gas respectively time, then hours worked between the two of us would be 12-14 hrs, later labour. ($20/hr? smaller quantity?)
We didn't originally charge her, did it as a favour, but she emailed me a few weeks ago, said she'd discharge us out of her mom's estate (and put it toward what we owe her, LOL, nice of her, huh?)
Answers: Contact a moving company in your nouns and fish for a fee they would charge for indistinguishable service. I would use that as your basis...but if she is person that generous...i would numeral out and also bill her for the original move as capably. :)
First, Hrs worked is the same as hrs of labor. You enjoy to collect at least what you pay envelope for gas and tolls. My company does not pay for gas but they do settle 44 cents per mile.Thats to cover wear and tear on the vehical. Travel time is salaried time. YOUR TIME Counts. So take $10 per hr respectively from the time you leave your house to go and get there until the time you go and get back home and charge 50 CENTS for respectively mile. Don't nickle and dime her, 119.50 is becomes 120 and 120.50 become 120. Talk to her first about the fees you are going to charge. How something like starting the conversation with "I'll enjoy a recipt written up for you for the estate's records incase you obligation it as proof for the court." You can guess the miledge in mortgage. Believe me she would still pay alot more if she hired a company. We rewarded 150 for 3 small pieces of furniture to be moved 17 miles.(It took them 40 minutes from point A to point B). Good luck
Is re-mortgaging worth the action ?
I bought a house for 140K , the value of which have gone up by 240 K. Does the remortgaging save me some dollars on re-mortgaging ?Answers: No.
You own to establish what you entend on gaining from doing this. Are you attempting to verbs equity out? If so...why? If you are attempting to get a lower costs by reducing your interest rate...I don't suggest doing this either...unless it significantly reduce your payment (which usually mode you need to dull your interest rate by about at tiniest 1%). OR...you are refinancing to get out of an ARM loan. But, if you enjoy an FHA loan, you can do an automatic rate and payment refinance after 12 months worth of steady payments...for NO COST.
It would depend on what you do on the refinance. Are you shortening the residence of the loan, lowering the interest rate, eliminating PMI or adjectives of the above? You would need to discuss it next to a reputable loan officer who can show you if it makes sense. If you want you can email me the info and I would be satisfied to advise you suitably. Rates are very low right in a minute and it is an excellent time to check out your options.
My sister owns a home and she want's me to clutch over. I want 2 b on the title adjectives by myself. What do i do?
transferring title, quit deed claim, refinancing loan contained by someone elses name.Answers: You own a couple options.
1. Refinance surrounded by your name.
2. Take over her payments and own her quit claim the deed (this would plan that you would be using her financing).
3. Check with her mortgage company give or take a few assuming the loan. (this would again require a quit claim).
FYI...you can not transfer title to a property minus prior written consent from the mortgage company. If you do, MOST notes and mortgages hold an automatic acceleration clause in them that would see in.
You and your sister come to an agreement and hold it notarized.
