i have 2 lots surrounded by other owners.no access to them,no alleyway,no drive.grandparents sold house but not the pen behind which is the 2 lots.they are departed and no one seem interested in buying them,in recent times use them when no ones looking.house is gone now too.any decriminalized recourse i can take to find out from under it?
