Low income housing? credit?
im 20 years old and own a 7 month old daughter. my parents want me to move out ASAP. who do i speech to about low income housing? how do i apply? does my credit enjoy to be good contained by order to qualify?i owe 3 credit cards and i am belated on one 5 months.
anyone ever been surrounded by my situation or can someone at lease explain what i can and should do to fix my credit and move out?! thank you so much.

Answers: If you are low income apply for cubicle 8 housing. They may have a long waiting catalogue but if you plan to stay poor it is worth applying and getting on the list.
Mean while you might find a studio apartment or something larger next to roommates. Homeless shelters are usually only for a up to 90 days so you can return with on your feet.
Apply for Section 8 housing, be prepared to skulk though, they currently aren't handing out any vouchers surrounded by my town.
The waiting list can embezzle 2 years or more.
Can I re-finance my house?
I just bought a house. 3 months ago my interest rate be locked 5.875%. I put 30% downpayment. Can I re-finance now for a better interest rate?Answers: Not worth it. If you opt for a "no cost refi", you would not be able to find a rate that would put together it worth while.

Current fixed rates are right around that now. You can capture a lower fixed rate but be prepared to pay points and lender fees.
That is my current rate too. Most lenders are quoting 5.875% near 0 points + fees.
You can but you may not want to after you see the fees that will be added to your new loan.

think of it similar to this, work backwards.if your closing fees, and all the other crap comes to $4,000 and you can pick up even $200/month
over 2 yrs youd have recoup your money back so I surface it's worth it. people who don't know how to do numbers usually know nought about finances.

To answer your question...yes. Should you? Probably not. Unless you are good a significant amount in your monthly pay-out...it usually isn't worth refinancing unless you are reducing your rate by at least 1% or refinancing from an ARM loan to a fixed rate. You also own to consider the amount of closing costs associated with refinancing. Also, if you financed on an FHA loan, you can automatically refinance for free on a permanent status and pymnt basis after you hold shown 12 months of good take-home pay history.
Move to NC, wanna stay hard by Raleigh.?
I have be looking at these areas: Smithville, Mooresville, Cary, Apex or Selma. Can someone give me some details roughly these cities if you live there. I stipulation to know everything. What you like and what you dont. I be thinking of moving to Smithville, but I hear theres lots of gangs and the utilities are soaring, but the housing is affordable..Maybe that's why? I can get a house underneath 100K. I don't mind living in the country as long as near a Walmart or grocery store in that town and Raleigh is single 30 minutes from Smithville. Please HELP! By the way I am a 26 year ancient single mother so I need to be contained by a place that's safe for us.Answers: I dont know much in the order of Smithville or Selma so I cant give you suggestion about that. Raleigh and the surrounding areas are pretty educated beside a lot of large income people, so crime/ drugs isn't that desperate. Mainly people largely say to stay away from Durham.
Mooresville, Cary, and Apex are adjectives good areas and they are risk-free. You really can't tell much of a difference between three if you're driving around. Mooresville is right by RDU airport and I-40, so jammy access to Durham/ Chapel hill and Raleigh.
Cary tend to have more... uptight law, such as you can't paint your house certain colors because it's too "bright." But honestly, it shouldn't affect your existence. I think out of the 3, Cary is more expensive to live contained by and is more "uppity." I have hear of Cary has be rated as one of the best places to live (dont enjoy the sources though).
Apex's housing is cheaper than Cary, and there are houses contained by Apex that are right next to the Cary border. There used to be NOTHING within Apex, so basically you have to go to Cary or Raleigh for shopping. But near the huge growth in times past few years, there is immediately a fairly big shopping nouns there. I'm pretty sure here are still parts of Apex where it's deeply still farms. Out of the 3, I would recommend living surrounded by Apex.
Wake County school systems (which should include Mooresville, Apex, and Cary) is one of the best contained by NC. Apex and Cary schools contained by particular tend to do resourcefully.
You should also look into Holly Springs (South of Apex). They might have cheaper housing here, and really isn't that far. I think Holly Springs is also surrounded by the Wake County School district.

I lived contained by Cary for 3 years 97-2000. It's a great town, and I highly recommend it. The problem is that housing is more expensive the closer you are to downtown Raleigh. I doubt you can find a house for below $200K.
Apex is not that bad, but the other towns you mention (at tiniest when I was there) are "poor", and while you'll find cheaper housing, the services are equally poor, including teaching.
BTW, Smithfield is only 30 mins from Raleigh on a Sunday morning. If you own to commute from Smithfield, plan on at least an hour respectively way.
My best guidance is to find a good realtor within the area, and RENT for a while up to that time you buy. If the area turns out to be smaller number than desirable, at least you dont hold to worry in the order of selling a house.
