What is your feelings of the current open market contained by your nouns?

I am looking to develope property and have notice there is a all-embracing range from one property to another- e.g A one bed flat is priced at lb86.000 and a 2 bed refurbished house at lb87.000, this is not the with the sole purpose comparison i have made!!


Answers: I don't know where on earth you are but property prices are far higher than that contained by my area. You would be lucky to seize a two bed terraced house for anything less than lb170,000 contained by Bournemouth.
we have a continental flea market in our town once a month, i suppose it is very well-mannered and brings alot of visitors to the town, also you achieve to try something different instead of all the supermarket stuff. :)

Does anyone stay sane while engaging in buying and selling of houses?




Answers: It is easy if you just remain detached. It is just brick and mortar, and man has made lots of that stuff!

Make renter 1% owner and purchase owner inhabitant?

A real estate "guru" claims to circumvent the lend system by making his renters 1% owner occupant beside no voting rights and therefore purchase the properties next to owner occupant loans. I nick the source to be relatively credible and I can not find any obstacles next to this hypothetical scenario, have any of you investors hear of this?


Answers: FIrst, why the f%#(a) would you do something so stupid?

Do you have any perception how hard (well impossible) it would be to evict the tenant? You could not. They own it. They could live within rent free until you are foreclosed on.

Worst idea I own ever heard.

Not to mention the loan fraud.

I be willing to bet your "guru" is another con that have never owned anything in his go and is out there selling the up-to-the-minute get rich task.

The person applying for the loan is supposed to be the owner and occupier of the valid estate.

Is the renter going to be applying for the loan? I doubt it.
