How much to charge room and board?
We may have a youthful family live near us (we are a young domestic as well). We have a 13 month matured baby girl and they are roughly our age near a 6 month old little one boy. They are wondering what we would charge them to rent from us. They would be using the biggest room in the house 10' x 13' and the largest bathroom as very well (both newly renovated). We would own their breakfast, lunch and supper prepared every night. I looked up the nonspecific cost to rent a room where I live, and it is roughly speaking $500 for one person. If we be to charge between $1200-$1400 per month, would that be too much. It would include food, utilities, their room, access to brand new washer/dryer, access to entertainment nouns. Our home is very unknown and so is all of our stuff. Would locking definite rooms be insulting?Answers: cannot for the life of me wonder why you would even consider doing this...it will never work. merely think of the tautness of having two family with two small children underneath one roof. not to mention, two wives. trust me, no amount of money is worth this.. if you and your husband cannot afford to live where you are you might want to try finding more affordable living accomodations. as for the other family unit, if you are trying to help them because you are friends, remember the first must is to your own family. totalling this type of element to your kinfolk house will only result surrounded by an unhealthy and dissatistied homelife.

a licenseable unit. Meaning, formerly you rent out a room make sure the
city would licence such a rental.

I think your answer depends on why the house may be living with you. Are they moving contained by because they need to go and get back on their foot? If so, I would only charge them the minimum. Since they're adjectives going to be living in one room. what diff does it spawn how many within are?They're still using the same amount of space as one character. Rent isn't usally based on the number of tenant but the square footage/number of bedrooms.
As far as the utilities and food, try to figure out the increase within the overall bills and charge accordingly.
As far as locking the rooms, yes it's insulting. If you don't trust them I don`t know they shouldn't be in your home. If you do, afterwards politely tell them the rotten limit areas.
