I currently live in a home I am renting. My manager is French and lives in France. He bought this house originally as a place to look in a couple of times a year. My husband was let go a couple of weeks ago and we will no longer be able to afford rent. We will be moving contained by with family unit for a while. Does our court system allow cases instigated by non-US residents?Also, if he comes to drop by the property for a two week vacation, does that own any effect on his claims?
