How can one use OPM(other people's money) to put a business or buy real estate??
Answers: Very few investors tie up their own money in the properties they have. Leveraging the equity you have is an easy task. If you are asking how to start in the business using other people's money then I suggest you stop watching the infomercials and save some money. You will need at least 10-20% down for your first purchase.
In most cases you do need down payment funds. If you have great credit, earnings, and assets (but don't want to spend them) and interested in investing in the midwest, let me know.
It is kind of my specialty.
Is this nouns chance? 10 points for the best recommend. Thank you?
I am looking for a rommate or apartment in DC. Normally, it strike about $ 500-700 per month beside room mates. I come across this post. They only want $300 per month. I without being seen the post because I thought they lied.I saw the post again today. I sent them an interested e-mail about the apartment. Someone replied me. They said, they will not give the name me until I send them my pictures and myspace, facebook, or others network websites.
I did not reply them because I do not think it is everyday. What do you think? Please push for. Thank you.
Answers: No don't do it. Its a scam. They will figure out what to use to copy your ID. This is also an invasion of privacy and no innkeeper has a right to ask for.
Yeah moms and dads do regard as some babies are ugly.
Don't do it.
There's no rationale why anyone needs this info, so there's probably something going on.
If you're really interested you can phone call them and ask why they need it, and instead if you could only do a personal interview.
If you want roomates, put an ad contained by a local paper and peak people contained by person.
No this isn't middle-of-the-road. I'd just pay no attention to them.
Two things...
1) It shouldn't really matter but, you should pinch into consideration where contained by DC it is. If it's in some shady piece of DC then I wouldn't advocate you send them this info. But you can other call and stub whether you want to meet beside them or not after the phone conversation, not the networking websites
2) It might be a ligitimate request given my you're okay near the first point I made. Because I know if I was looking for a roomate, I wouldn't want them looking resembling a serial killer or a complete wierdo. Facebook and myspace isn't really personal, it public info so this potential roomate is in recent times as much a stranger as some random outsider. Unless you have your settings on private.
Your nickname but trust your gut instincts. DC can be a wacko place.
it is someone perving
My friend was getting adjectives sorts of creeps when she tried to sell her coup¨¦... they would call wanting to see her myspace pics of her vehicle...
Dont bother.
I'd say that that sounds resembling a "KEEP AWAY" notice. You're looking for roommates, not a modeling profession, or a pimp.
I'm glad that you were suspicious...lord know there's enough cast-offs out there that we adjectives have to protect our safekeeping...good gut passion!
I found that I have 2 liens on my house, but I don't know what they are. How can I find out?
Answers: The county clerk should have the information. There are only a few kinds of liens that can be placed and judgment liens or tax liens certainly would have resulted in your being notified by the party filing.
You don't give us, those answering Qs, any more details. Is your house currently under contract/agreement?
How did you find out there are two liens?
Without details about those 2 Qs, I can only speculate.
If your home is under contract/agreement to be sold, the title company did an alphabetical search at the county court house. EVERYONE with the same last name as yours, whose names appeared in one form or another as owing money to someone or a business entitiy, was listed on the title report.
At closing/settlement/escrow you could be asked to produce photo ID as to who you actually say you are.
If they aren't your debts, there will be a clause in the Seller's Affidavit stating you are not any of those people AND you do not owe that money. The Seller's Affidavit is a binding, legal document. Its notarized.
The title clerk will have you sign that affidavit and the other related documents - including the deed. Closing/Settlement/Escrow will be completed and the money will be distributed.
IF there is a balance on any of those liens, the funds to pay-off those liens could be withheld and you'll sign the Seller's affidavit and related documents. The transaction will be completed and, when applicable, funds will be distributed.
IF you sign the affidavit and its later discovered you knowingly signed it AND there is a claim brought against the title company, I PROMISE you, the title company will come after you and have you arrested for fraud and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

Yes, that is my real last name!
Drop by your local county recorders office and they staff can assist you in finding the recorded documents. Once found it will state on the document who filed it and how much the lien is for. Good luck
