Does anyone know how i can find someone to lease my space minus using a broker?
I have already posted it contained by craiglist, kijiji, the newspaper etc.Answers: Office space?
No, you call for a broker. The # of renters is few and they are looking to their agents to find space for them, they are not searching the rag.
Use a flat fee mls service, they will place your home on the Realtors MLS for a flat excise instead of a commision.

Generally, people looking for commercial property don't be in motion to free websites. They enlist the services of a broker that specializes in commercial RE. Commercial is a special niche, you own to know what you are doing to be successful.

Is it private to adopt rent for a home while contained by foreclosure?
I "rent to own" a home.I just found out the home I be soposed to one day own is surrounded by foreclosure because the landlord did not turn the money over to the mortgage company. The "landlord" is my mother so I don't plan on going after her, I do however plan on staying as long as possible and not paying a dime! We requirement to save up money to move! And since she default on the agreement I'm not sure if we can get "surrounded by trouble" for not paying?any advice?
I don't reflect she would actually hold us to court, just as I wouldn't lift her, just want to know who would be officially "right"
BTW we put $4k down to purchase the home from her, then took over the payments and give her an "extra"$150 a month.
Answers: Yes, you can get into "trouble" for not paying your rent. Your lease is a reasonably binding contract. What the landlord does next to the $ is not part of the contract.
The foreclosure is a contract near the bank and you are not involved at adjectives.
Legally speaking the landlord is "surrounded by the right" in this situation.
Of course next to the bank they are not and will loose the property.
Sorry , u involve to start packing. sell everthing of efficacy , not blood related. get 2 more pt/tm job.
as for paying - heck NO. she is ripping u off.
hold on to the rent aside so if she can gfet it back u can reimburse her.
start looking tomorrow.
Legally what your mother does with the rent money that you supply her is absolutely none of your business. Yes, you can go and get in "trouble" for not paying. Depending on how aggressive you mother requests to be, she could take you to court for put a bet on rent and attorney fees. As far as who is "right"? You have a roof over your lead that you outright have stated that you demur to pay for.who do you imagine is in the "right" here?
