Jobs contained by Real Estate Offices?

I am in college and looking for a better paying opportunity... I really love real estate and want to run classes in it on the side this summer and I don`t know try to get my lisence but I be just wondering what job I could try to get as an entry plane position? I dont have any experience contained by this area but I do cram fast and work rugged and have virtuous availability. Also, whats the best way to try to capture a job next to an office? Should I lately call around to different companies? Thanks so much!

Answers: Real estate is surrounded by a down market right presently. It may not be a good time for entry even help (unless you live contained by a market to be precise not affected overall). Some of the job are: receptionists, listing coordinators (help input the listings contained by the local mls), marketing coordinator (know powerpoint/publisher/adobe to assist agents in creating marketing flyers) next to a talent of graphic design, bureau assistant to an agent - putting out signs, replacing flyers in the house, doing word processing and database control.
Good luck.
You must be realistic, and acknowledge that physical estate is in turmoil. Selling tangible estate as property values go down, resources that many, heaps people are "up-side down". This system those people selling homes must discharge funds out-of-pocket (take a loss) in lay down to sell their homes (sales minus profit). Although there are oodles homes for sale, the costs of selling (including agent commissions) will be cut contained by order to economize and accommodate the "up-side down" salesperson. Additionally, after the real estate boom over the finishing 7 years, there are already too various real estate agents aggression over reduced commissions in this financial down-turn.

However, there is a booming mortgage foreclosure bazaar. If you could get employment as a paralegal beside a law firm that does foreclosures, you would really net some money. Any business associated with mortgage foreclosures and debt collection will hold out employment security within this unusually difficult economy. Just an belief ... so good luck to you! d:o)
conceivably a job contained by a foreclosure office, hey its physical estate, probably most active factor of market in a minute anyway.

Log Home Financing?

Is it difficult to find a lender for a log home? We found one we like, 24 years out-of-date, but I've been audible range it could be hard to attain it financed.

Is this true?

Answers: Log homes are only log walls... everything else is similar to a regular house. Only in the north can so much wood be logical . The termites live as far north as Chicago. Now if the house is built it doesn't concern to the mortgage people . If the termites are here they leave signs. All wood have to be two feet above any soil to be out of danger.
One problem with true log homes if you own any damage on any wall it affect the intact house. All the logs and inter linked and surrounded by order to repair one nouns the whole home will be artificial. Whether the damage is pests, wet, fire, structural etc.

Not sure if this would affect financing or not? But I have see this be a problem in what be an incredible beautiful log home, but near a basically unrepairable river leak.
For most Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac programs, Log homes are programmed as property that they simply won't lend on...with one exception.

If it's a resort nouns, or if log homes are common.adjectives enough to where on earth comparables can be pulled, and the comparables MUST be log homes, then a edge will finance it simply like any other property.

For example, Gatlinberg, TN, Asheville, NC.those areas own alot of log homes.
