We leased a bldg next to 150 ft of frontage on a major street. The owners are building another building within front of us on what used to be our main parking lot! We rented the building because of the visibility. They own taken away 50% of that visibility. Does this give us trial reason to break the lease or at tiniest get reduced rent.
