I would say that I would hold trouble trusting real estate promoters here. I would also have trouble trusting the administration there.
No, you cannot buy property contained by Mexico outright. You'll have to procure a mexican citizen to co-sign with you.
If you approaching tacos and margaritas, you can move to a border city and do the same item without have to buy mexican property.

last i hear, within 50km [i think] of the coast, foreigners may simply lease land for a term not to exceed 99 years. after that, you either negotiate a strange lease or the land owner take it back, together next to anything you built on it.

You might want to look into some of the American "colonies" they have down within Mexico. These are towns like Alamos, where on earth a large number of residents are American.

Just moved to new city and after a couple of months beside a family extremity I have to find a place. I found a place but the rent is $1K a month and after other bills are rewarded there's not enough to buy food or gas. When I be married my then husband and I bought burial plots. I'm looking for allowed & moral way as expected to get money so I can survive. That's why I'm asking if anyone know if I could possibly sell my plot to variety some money so I can eat and live. I'm on disability so inept to work unless I can get remunerated "under the table." I'd sure appreciate any proposal.Answers: Selling your burial plot is a band-aid on the problem, it will get you through for a bit while, but then what?
Food can be bought VERY cheaply.
Cook from mark and buy cheap value ranges, ill-equipped meals.
Get a livelihood. There are plenty out there that cater for the disabled, you shouldn't use it as an excuse... a work is always better than the dole money learned.
Try and sell the burial plot. It is a bit pointless.
