My family moved into an apartment building and after the landlords the very subsequent month moved her daughter and the boyfriend in right subsequent to me...she phones the police on our noise eg.tv.and the police hold been here and threaten to fine us..we did not hold any noise on but we hold to prove it.She is very spoiled even the parents said so.Quote from landlords,capably we don't want the *** livin with us..her own mother said that..me,my husand and daughter are worried to even walk around the house for the creeps she will call police but she is allowed to take home noise,be at odds with her boyfriend,achieve drunk and disorderly and fight and swear next to her boyfriend AND they are allowed two parking spots and i am allowed half of one cuz they pilfer up the parking spot...we are quiet,don't drink or raison d`¨ºtre trouble and we are in our slow forties,they are in hasty twenties.what can i do to get give support to.we are on budget so hard to move but we will if this cannot be resolved peacefully.Thanks for any counsel.Answers: call the police and documant everything you merely said plus all the upcoming epoisodes, and next if nothing else is done just about it i would file a small claims court grip against your landlord, because wether it nearby daughter or not you pay money thorny earned money to live in that and like you said not everyone have it where they can lately pick up and move so first call the cops, and if it dont stop in attendance take everyone to court, you cant whip it anymore and you and your husband and daughter shouldnt be living like this, she wishes to grow up and maybe she would if they kicked her out and she have to live in the material world, no other landlord would tolorate that behavior from any tentant it lately sucks he is only putting up beside it because she's his daughter and she's not bothering him, well you dont reward rent each month to be harrassed and bothered, catch as much documated so you dont forget anything and get on the phone you want to be surrounded by a noise disturbance and profile a complaint and small claims court with your local court system. biddable luck i hope she gets thrown out.
Report HER for the commotion and problems she causes. Tell your hotelier you will move out if she can't behave properly. I doubt he wants to lose the money.

If they do no own the building complain to the equities or property command company who does.
Tough situation, when they make closely of noise though I would emphatically call on them, usually I am a enthusiast of resolving issues without police involvement, but if she is almost fraudulantly calling on you, surrounded by this case it is right. Next time you see the officers, steadily explain to them the situation and they will likely start ignore her noise complaints.

If they get drunk and are combat, definitely ring the police. If she asks you why you did that when she's sober or her parents ask, answer honestly (if at all). "We dont do anything and she calls the police on us. She is the one other getting drunk and fighting, and I cant use my parking spot any. Of course I had to bid the police. She should expect the same treatment she give other people"
This is what I would do wait until the subsequent time they are drunk and yelling at respectively other then bid the police on them one will go to reformatory
