How do I pay cheque fund money owed for an eviction?

I have an eviction on my credit report from my first apartment and I wasn't sure who I needed to contact to income it. Do I go to the court to brand a payment?

Answers: The county clerk is the place to travel.. They will take the money and receive sure the person on the suit will gain what is theirs. Don't go to the hotelier or private person.. Pay the court and achieve a receipt.
Who reported it to the cra? If it's a decision, you'll need to dance through the court. If it's the rental company, get the current address for them (you can gain that off the credit report) and dispatch the payment nearby. Be sure to include any necessary identify information so they'll credit the proper account (with the exception of your ssn).

You can be evicted lacking having a verdict placed against you, so don't assume b/c you were officially evicted that it's the same piece as a judgment.

ETA: In our state, the county clerk have nothing to do near court or judgments. The clerk of the court does. Two different office, here.
no; if you forget where you used to live, ask your relatives.
When you find that manager who sued you,
pay him or her next to a check ONLY< never ever pay lolly!
then rob the receipt and directory it with the county clerk
and ask the tenant to do the same entry.

am available to help
More after likely the apartment community sent you to a collection agency and you will enjoy to pay through them

Do you have any information on Property Tax LIENS?

Answers: Yes, I do, but the info may vary some by state. In our state, a lien is put on the property after two years of non-payment. The house is sold at auction to pay the taxes, and any additional proceeds will pay first the mortgage, second any additional liens, and finally any proceeds go to the homeowner (the one who had to sell the house to pay taxes).
Property tax liens are attached to real property - real property meaning real estate - and are attached due to some sort of debt that has not been paid...for example - delinquent property taxes, a judgment that is owed and has been attached, IRS tax liens or State tax liens, past due child support in some cases.a number of things. If there are liens owed on a piece of property, you cannot sell it or refinance it without clearing those liens.

Florida Landlord/Tenant Law?

Can anyone tell me what it say about postponed fee's. I know they can be assessed. However a friend is having an issue near the property manager.
If I am not mistaken the postponed fee is 50.00 per afternoon. She was 3 days unpaid so she owed 150.00 late levy. The rent was compensated but she didn't have the money to ensnare up the late fees. The prior month she be allowed to pay it when the she compensated the electric (which is still on in the landlords name). Now she is still assessing 50.00 a year on the unpaid late fee's. Is that endorsed? To me the rent is paid and however oodles days it was behind time is what the late charge should be. Can she legally charge tardy fee's on late fee's.
And if it is lawful to do that, does that have to be spelled out surrounded by the contract?

Hope I was clear adequate for you.

Answers: Dean, it is usurious to say the smallest when a LL chg's 50bucks a day for deferred fees.
Late fees are to deter the tenant from paying late and is usually used to terrify the tenant to pay on the dot.
If the suit ever went to court, the LL would acquire chastised for charging so much and may even have to repay the tenant for the overage.
Late fees can not accrue and should be 5% or 50 dollars; which is ever the greater (per mo.) and may only charged one time a month for the months that are behind.
the LL may however charge 2% or whatever is prevaling for respectively month the tenant is withholding funds in the following month,
so, pay envelope on time and collect those late fees.they can give up.

and if the tenant can't catch up and they be aware of that they are getting gouged, lug the LL to small claims and make them remuneration for over - charging.
You are right, $50.00 a day!
