Do physical estate investor own to sway their license beside a broker if they go and get their material estate license?
I am an investor who would like to capture my real estate license. Do I still own to hang my license near a company like a Century 21 or Remax, or are their alternative measures?Answers: I am a concrete estate investor in the State of California I do not have need of a license to buy and sell property for my own report.
I do not know of any state where you involve a license to buy and sell unadulterated estate for your own account.

If you want to deed as a Realtor (receive commission) you need to hang down your license with a broker. But if you are merely selling your own property you can often cart total control of setting your own commission when working for a smaller (non franchised name) company and give yourself a nothing commission listing. You may hold to share some of your commission on listed properties you buy, but contained by the long run you will be way ahead of the activity.
The only exception is if you are licensed as a broker, instead of an agent, and form your own physical estate brokerage.
depends on the state your are in, but a rule of thumb is , if you do investing individual for you then it is superfluous, but if you do for others even giving advice or tips, consequently the ans is yes, check with your definite estate commish of your state
