Is it a desperate perception to buy a 1 bed/1 tub home?

I'm moving to the northern Virginia area, and I'm looking to buy a condo or a small home. It's of late me, so I figure a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo or house would suffice and it'd be smaller quantity expensive. However, many those are telling me that it's better to go and get a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom home if I want to resell eventually and attain a serious profit. I've been told that it'll be really strong to sell a 1 bedroom place as powerfully. Is that true? Anyone have any experience near this?

Answers: Skip the condo, and stick with a house. Condos enjoy HOA fees that make them much more expensive next houses.

You will be hard pressed to find anything near one room. A 2 bed 1 bath home is a better investement. 2 bed 2 tub as actually to some extent unusual.
If it is a one bedroom condo, yes. One bedroom house, no.

There will always be someone resembling you looking for a one bedroom condo some time in the adjectives. But people looking to buy houses are more normally looking for more space.
From my personal opinion, buying a 1 bd/1b is a discouraging idea. Only because when you progress to re-sell, your pool of buyers is much smaller. In our nations current cutback, many areas are losing worth, so make sure anything you purchase, you purchase right. So talk beside people surrounded by the area, find out what the souk has be doing, if properties are taking more the 3 months to sell, hold prices been rising, enjoy they been dropping, or are they stable. If prices are dropping, similar to they are here in Michigan, you might want to fashion sure you work with a flawless Realtor. A Realtor that will be honest and frank with you concerning what properties are selling for and not what people are asking for their properties. Those 2 prices can be miles apart. Good luck.

What is a website i could progress to to find out if someone owns property ie. a house or domain?

My ex is claiming he does not own his house which i believe he does is there a means of access to look up the property adress and see who owns it?

Answers: Yes, depends on where you live. Some states relegate that to the counties and some counties enjoy webpages where you can check the import tax and revenue records. This is where on earth the real estate and lands records would be. If not, consequently you have to label a trip down to the county court house or records building and look at the domain documents.
Most counties have online GIS information which you can use to dig out by address or owner's name. If not you should know how to send a notification to the County property administrators.
