Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

How much would it be to buy a small house or property for foreclosure?

I'm 17 and looking to do some investing. I've talked to my parents and they said I should look into TRUE estate. I told my mom that $1,500-$2,000 isn't enough but she confidently said I could find something small. Is she right?

I know that i'll hold to have my parents co-sign anything.

Answers: You won't be finding anything for that price and your parents would enjoy to buy it. They can not co-sign, as you are a minor and can not sign at all.
True. I saw a model one time something like investing when you're young, just about your age.

If you invested $5,000/year for four years while you were contained by college, and let it stir, you'd have over a million at retirement.

Now let's facade it, we all should be shooting for a million within forty years, because that's about what we'll necessitate to be comfortable, but all you would hold invested is $20K!!

Back to your question, I reflect you'd be hard pressed to find something for that also.

Good Luck, though.

There is a house I want to buy in napa ca but It Is currently in foreclosure, How do I buy It?

Answers: The owner can sell it up until it is actually foreclosed on. "in foreclosure" indicate the process has started, but it is not bank owned yet.

You buy these the same way as any others, although banks take forever to accept/decline offers.
Contact the bank that holds the mortgage. Ask when it is going to be auctioned off. You could also contact the owners, and make them an offer, so that they could get out from under the debt.

Property - Grade 2, Grade 1 programmed buildings?

What is a Grade 2 and grade 1 planned building? What do these grades mean?

Answers: Buildings are grade to show their relative architectural or historic interest:

Grade I buildings are of exceptional interest

Grade II* are particularly exalted buildings of more than special interest

Grade II are of special interest, warranting every physical exertion to preserve them

Listing ensures that the architectural and historic interest of the building is sensibly considered before any alterations, any outside or inside, are agreed.
It's kind of close to a preservation order imposed by local councils. It ensure buildings are kept to a certain maintain standard and prevents major alterations to the building. I dream up grade 1 is stricter
