Answers: As the others said, Call Police then insurance. Also go through every room and do inventory. It would help you to remember if you have some recent pictures of any rooms in your house. You might see something in them that was taken that you forgot about having. Try to stay calm. That way you can think more clear. If you have pictures of anything that was taken that will help you with your insurance and also in identifying your property. I have pictures of everything in my house and also serial numbers written down in a safe place. I also was burglarized before. Good luck to you and hope they catch the person that did this to you.

Bad Landlords and discouraging quotation?

I have a cat, normaly no pets allowed, I kept a dog for a week and he get upset. So since I was going to move soon anyway I give notice of close to 6wks ending Jan 31st. The subsequent day I bring a fake eviction, no court involved, and I didn't move when she looked-for which was contained by middle of Jan. Now I can't find a place because she talks impossible. Legal recourse can extend to ?


Answers: You are a bad tenant and she is allowed to speak so. What kind of recourse are you looking for?
im for a while confused. is she going to other landlords and smering your name? how whould she know where on earth you are looking for a new apartment. you can other get a insinuation from a neighbor to veryify that your pets were kept powerfully.

best to look in your contract and see if pets are allowed, or if in that is no mention of it, it means here are allowed.

best just to verbs land lords a not respectable jerks. and slander is a deeply hard article to prove in court.
You enjoy no legal recourse against your manager as he isn't your employer. Best bet is to sit down with this tenant and talk it out. Tell him that you be planning on moving out when he filed eviction, and explain to him how are you supposed to be capable of do that when he keeps impossible mouthing you and you keep getting turned down for a place to live, which isn't do to you.
