San Leandro CA taxes nouns to move to?
Hi my husband has a prospect to move to San Leandro CA area, thru his mission?? Anyone know what the property taxes are like surrounded by that area. Or around that nouns within 30-40 miles?? We are contained by NY and want to find out some info. Is it a nice place to live??Answers: I live in San Leandro. I own not seen or hear of many negative amount notices individual sent out. It usually forces the debtor/homeowner to file for collapse protection and the bank/mortgage comapany still gets nil or next-to-nothing.

If you do not have a lease, he would obligation to give you at least possible 30 days writtent notice. If you own a lease then you would be capable of stay until the lease is up unless he can evict you for some other reason. But it does have need of to be in writing.
