Does anyone know where on earth i can seize a mortgage...?
i need a loan for almost $390,000.00. The purchase price is $448,000 and i have roughly $60,000 down payment. The problem is that closely of lenders need 20% down. I lone have something like 10%. Any ideas? I necessitate a place ASAP. Please help!Answers: Robert is wrong. That is not a jumbo loan you are looking for. A jumbo loan is any loan over $417,000. Your loan is $390,000 and is still considered conventional adjectives across the US. You could still get 100% financing for this amount.
Shouldn't be too difficult, assuming you hold documented income, good credit and can show the money manifest for the down payment. If adjectives this is good to travel, find a large, national, direct lender and it should be widely available.

Some lenders will take smaller amount than 20%, particularly if your credit is respectable. I in reality got a 0% for my home.
Check near your mortgage broker. He/she should be able to capture your financing in instruct.
your all wrong. it is not a jumbo loan at 390,000 you are right. but also you could not attain 100% financing on this because if you didn't put the 10 % down than we are now a Jumbo loan :)

Answers: Simple answer: No.
There are just too many variables.
Your best bet would be to try to get an experienced salesperson to look at it and give you and appraisal. Offer to pay him for his appraisal (like $100) or offer him 10% commission to sell it for you.
