I Lease apartments and I would similar to to bestow away some free gifts any suggestions?

Our corporate office have assigned 3 units to be our specials for the week and if you sign a one year lease on the sunshine of your move in you will recieve a free Iphone but the problem is that not everyone have at&t service and to be quite honest at hand are better things we could give away besides free Iphones and free rent for a month but what? Please assistance

Answers: yes-everyone loves a Walmart gift card..something for everyone!!
I'll move surrounded by for an Iphone. Haha.

Free rent, prepaid visa cards, gas cards (everyone can use those), or offer to retribution the bills (electric, water, etc) for the first and second months.

I deem the prepaid visa card is your best option though. Since they can use it for anything.
Dixietigergirl is right. I would not impart away free iPhones, you'll end up beside all sorts trying to move within to get the phone and consequently once they get it moving out or what not. You'll want to present people something they can use when they first move contained by. Coupons to neighborhood restaurants. Go to your local restaurants and speak with the restaurant principal see what kind of discounts they will contribute you if you promise to promote their particular restaurant to your brand new tenants. Some times they will work beside you in giving you a buy one take one meal free coupon to use or kids drink free etc, or one free meal. Explain to them that selling is expensive and you are offering free advertising to them. Collect menus from the restaurants to volunteer new move ins. You'll want to provide them next to items they can use not an item they will have to spend money on i.e. phone service.

Usually one month free on a 13 month contract will work, or two months free, everyone like free rent. When I bought my town home, the sales organization worked with a woman to get Rum Cakes for all unusual home buyers. I received a rum cake on a beautiful cup cake stand I thought it was a fantastic house warm gift and I'd other wanted a cake stand. A nice grant basket that have an assortment of cookies, coffee etc. Or a cookie gift picnic basket. But then other tenant that move in other unit might expect that also. So your best bet would be free rent on those units solely.
I know of a gift program, the gifts compass form $25 to $750. Depending on the budget the gifts can be fit to better suit your clients. From men to single parents with teenagers and everyone else that you can surmise of. It's a very reputable company payment program. We run specials on some of the albums, like buy four and bring back the fifth one free.
It gives your clients the arbitrary to think of how they get such an awesome gift up to four times. When you bequeath it, when they pick there own item, when they command it and again when they receive it at their door. If you are interested in more info in the region of this program please feel free to contact me at danielleyadon(a)yahoo.com.
I'd love a prepaid Visa card. If could be used to buy things for the unknown apartment, including grocerys.

Is it okay to have a housewarming party if you are just leasing and not purchasing the house?

Answers: Sure it is! Especially if it's your first home. (But it doesn't have to be.) If you are excited about it your friends will want to share in your happiness.

We all love parties!

Ignore what Holly said, not true and mean spirited...
I would do a housewarming party just because I'm having a house warming party. :-) Just imagine all of the gifts you'll get.

Enjoy your party.

Good Luck
