Should I be forced to recompense rent by my fiance's roomate?

My fiancé moved here recently from another state. She moved contained by with one of my friend's fiancé’s. The 2 females are the merely ones on the lease but my friend and I have be living with respectively of our fiancés over the last 3 months. We both hold our clothes at the apartment and we both spend the night in attendance almost, if not every hours of daylight of the week. Recently my friend's fiancé approached my fiancé saying that I should be paying 1/3 of the rent and also 1/3 of electricity and the cable bill. She say that it is a different situation that I should have to pay cheque rent and not her fiancé because I am there when my fiancé is not and my friend is not at hand when his fiancé is not. The reason I am here is to take keeping of our dogs, and one is a puppy. I have not changed my address to the apartment but I enjoy received mail here. Should I be forced to pay rent and what should I do almost this situation? My friend's fiancé says that I own been "taking benefit of here by staying there." Please comfort! Thanks!


Answers: Do the dogs really require that much care? Your friend's fiance is submissive aggressively stating the rules that you are to not be at the apartment when your fiance is not there which is pretty adjectives. If I took out a 15 year loan at 4.62% on a 190 k loan - my payments are around $1750/mo if I do a 30 year loan the interest is at 5.25% but the payments are solely $1350/mo gives some room contained by case an emergency would come up.
BUT what if I be to take the 30 year at 5.25%($1350/mo)AND rewarded $1700/mo, an extra $350 in principle a month. Would I come close to the 4.62%. Not exactly sure how to add that. Any advice would be appreciated!
