Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Site to find someone's address/phone?

i just used intellius but i'm not sure if explicitly the best site to locate someone's info mainly their address/phone. i'm have to take the owner of an apt i be going to rent to court but the managers will not supply out their address/phone! :( they are supposed to refund my deposit since they would not make available me a lease/agreement ahead of time when i was going to rent an apt so i back out and now they said they would transport my deposit back but i hold on to waiting and there is nought in my mailbox... grrrr!

Answers: You can find the owner of the property by going to the local courthouse and questioning the records. It will own their name, address, and sometimes phone number. But adjectives you need to sue someone is a given name and address. Good luck.
Lease agreement?? you mean you signed a lease? this is a bit unusual to me. No deposit is due till lease is signed, and if you vertebrae out of a lease, there is not a material reason to return your deposit. Stop an assume a bit. If you signed a lease You agreed to their terms, Why did you tweaking your mind??

You might loose in court, depending on the lease. But I saw a place where on earth the judge said no wound was done so no deposit lost. Some courts are not real smart, and do not progress by what a lease is in agreement near.

Mortgage Loan Officers.. what are you doing to stay busy?

I live in a rural nouns that has be over run by mortgage borkers and bankers. Luckily though, the slow down in the open market has weed them out. But on the flip side of that, guidelines are tightening, foreclosures are inevidable and home values are destroyed. What are you doing to drum up business within this slow, different time?

Sticker shock?

i live in 1970s trailer which is salaried for the lot is 300 a month i know i need a up level! buying a house in this nouns would cost 7 to 800 more a month-is it worth it??

Answers: Yes, eventually you will own the home & property it sits on. Paying lot rent if you don't have to is wasting money. I doubt you want to pay packet lot rent for the next 30 years & hold nothing for it except abandon pockets. In 30 years you will own that house. You still won't own the lot your trailer sits on even though you've paid $108,000 for lot rent.

Buy a house.It's worth it.
