Should I basically buy an apartment instead of renting?
I'm a college student and I cannot afford to rent an apartment. I work part-time (my situation does not offer full-time) and I procure a SSI check of $500 a month. Renting an apartment here in the ghetto can run you up to $900+. But I be looking up home listings and buying in an apartment surrounded by a very nice nouns of town that has 2/1.5 is practically partially the price of renting. So... I was thinking that when I no longer want the place, I can put it up for rent and charge empire up the whoo-ha!What do you think of this?
Answers: What is that guy clich¨¦ up there? He's strange.. and not to mention WRONG! Renting is great because some inhabitants can't afford to own in some areas, but buying a home/condo/apartment is a great investment surrounded by your future. Did you know that 100% of family build their wealth through unadulterated estate? 99% of them are just population like you and me that shift to work every day and try to spawn a dollar out of 15 cents! Owning real estate is the best means of access to build wealth and if it's going to be cheaper to buy it afterwards DO IT. Don't hesistate because the market is so well-mannered for buyers right now!

Will the 3/4 drop in the Fed interest Rate help create better vehicle purchasing financing options?
Answers: not directly. The fed lowering short term interest rates to banks could improve consumer auto loan rates depending on several factors. Put simply, if the economy and stock markets continue to get worse, than interest rates will drop for those with good credit, and those with poor credit will simply lose the option to borrow money.
