Does A Landlord hold to disclose when the property start going into foreclosure??

I'VE ALWAYS PAID MY RENT ON TIME AND I GAVE MY LANDLORD 1,000 FOR DEPOSIT I'VE BEEN LIVING THERE FOR 9 MONTHS BUT THIS PAST WEEK WE HAVE SEEN ALOT OF MAIL FOR THE LANDLORD WITH IMPORTANT NOTICES STATING THAT THE PROPERTY IS GOING INTO FORECLOSURE DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET MY RENT MONEY BACK SINCE HE HASN'T MADE ANY PAYMENT ON THE PROPERTY?? PLEASE HELP


Answers: No, his contract with the mound does not give you a decriminalized right to disregard your contract with him and expect him to support you.

2nd u can't get ur 'rent' put money on in any bearing.
3rd don't hold ur breath on ur deposit coming back to u.
4th start looking for latest places to live.
5th start saving for clean place to live.

Your best route would be to either shift to the public library.Check out a book called LANDLORD AND TENANTS RIGHTS.Another opportunity you have is dance to a major bookstore and purchase your own personal copy.It will dispense you guidelines which should be adhered to by state.Some states are indistinguishable others may be different due to different state law.If you live in public housing you enjoy the same and equal rights as other tenant.If you reside on private property the state has some control but not total control over said property.The book will detail it adjectives.

I want to be a Commercial Loan Officer?

I would like to start generate commercial loans,
Does any one have any direction that can help me out?
conceivably some good websites or lenders.

All info will be beneficial to me on this quest to be an independant loan officer :)

Most of the loan officers that I know are going skint because they cannot get ample business to pay their bills.

I recommend that you ask yourself: why would someone choose you to represent them to acquire a loan?

Why do you think that you will know how to get business where on earth all of these other loan officer cannot get business?
Commercial loan originations is a lucrative but tough business. (I be an originator in a commercial mortgage brokerage). If you are going to be independent, you should look to squad up with somebody so you own common resources near which to expand from.

I rented a derelict property 12 years ago very soon my manager requirements me out what are my rights as a tenant?

i have spent deeply of money on the property over the years. i rent the property from a big company who are going to opencast and now they want me and my two children to move out after 12 years they hold offerd no support or help. they are going to demolish the property soon.


Answers: Since they are demolishing the building even a lease is breakable.

They stipulation to give you 30 days sense in most states, 60 contained by CA that you need to move.

I am not sure what you connote by help. Hire a moving crew? Moving a tenant out is not the landlords responsibility surrounded by any state.

In most states adjectives they have to do is tender you 30 days notice to vacate. Some it's 60 so check the law where you live. As for assistance they are not required to give you any.
