ETSing and buying a house?
I am ETSing (getting out of the Army) and I have some question about buying a house. I plan to release about $10,000 by the time I catch out of the Army and move back to Texas.I don't really enjoy a job string up but I will have a Bachelor's of Business so I won't really own a problem finding a job.
Now my cross-examine is, do you think a lender will approve me (2 or so months back I get out) for a home loan knowing that I will be disappearing the Army and I won't have a assignment but I will soon and I have adequate money to pay the first few months mortgage while looking for a brief?
