Renting an Apartment?
Two things.I need to know an apartment i can move thats contained by centerville ohio thats in the centerville city arts school district and is rather cheap.
[im moving within with my friend and my 2 month antediluvian daughter so it doesnt have to be big] studio or 1 bedroom. on a bus vein would be nice too. it doesnt have to be though. i would really similar to water and gas and stuff similar to that covered in the rent.
i also want to know whats the process for renting an apartment? i am a minor so i know that complicates things. but i stipulation to know whats good things to look at within finding an apartment? whats somethngs i should look out for? and all that.

If you are a minor with a child , you aren't going to achieve much but dumps . Check with HUD , put your application within there . They hold house for low income . Until then isn't at hand a family extremity that could help you out ? Why not your parents or the toddler father ? Swallow your pride and accept back from where you can capture it . I was within your position many years ago and if know then what I know in a minute , I would have stayed near my parents , grandparents , etc., Moving in next to friends isn't what it's cut out to be .. Remember your #1 priority is that baby .

How do I know how much I can afford for a house/flat?
Where do I start if I'm thinking about buying a first flat? How do I know how much I can afford? What does that relate to mortgage repayments?
