Being forced to get rid of?
I have just this minute split up from my missus. we had a debts and one contained by particular done up being applied to the property. I own been paying a small amount stale it but now they want me to provide to get thier money wager on,, its only 6K. what can i do. i cant afford to clear a solicitor at moment. ANY help would be appreciatedAnswers: I don't devise they can force you to sell. They may of late be trying to put fear within you. They can put liens on your home all they want but nobody is going to force you out of your home, except the county if you go amiss to pay property taxes.
But if this be applied during marriage, objective if it was attached to the home and this be secured debt then you may be surrounded by trouble and you will need to at lowest possible speak with a legal representative. Spending a couple of hundred dollars might be worth not losing your home.
Talk to your bank/mortgage company and see if they will lend it to you and add it to the mortgage.
That course it won't make a big difference to your mortgage payments but you'll obtain them off your rear. If the bank/mortgage company agree to the loan it takes more or less 48 hours to go into your accuont. and if the mortgage is within joint name you'll need your wifes signature too... hopefully she'll agree.
Also you can usually bring 1 hours advice free from solicitors.
They would hold to get a court demand to make you supply.and I can't see the court granting one if you are making reasonable repayments.
Since the company originally agreed them they obviously thought later that the money you were paying off was possible.
I would contact the citizens advise bureau for assistance beside this...they may also get the interest frozen if the company haven't already done this.
okay, a creditor can recount you what they want you to do all hours of daylight long, they have no court right to demand you to supply your home. that is call intimidation and it is illegal within the us. it seems you may be contained by the uk judging by your use of the word solicitor.
you don't requirement a solicitor. you need to put in the picture them that they have to transport to you in writing the debt you owe. near are companies that will negotiate that for you for a % of the savings as all right.
to sum up, they cannot do anything to you other than annoy the hell out of you, and attach a lien to the property. within the us, you can tell them to stop calling. check it out to see if impossible to tell apart is true in uk
find in touch beside your local citizens advice bureau. they accord with situations resembling this frequently and are in the best position to grant advice. DO IT SOONER fairly than later
Working next to more than one Realtor?
Is it ok to work with more than one realtor? I enjoy been chitchat to a realtor in our town and she seem nice and has listen to what we are interested in. She touches foundation with me, but other says she hasn't come across the type of house we're looking to buy.Is it ok to contact another realtor (at a different company) and own two people helping us turn upside down? Even if it's ok, is it considered rude?
We were lately recently pre-approved, so I don`t know the first one just wasn't taking us seriously at first, but we still haven't certainly looked at any houses.
With the housing slump, and all of the homes I see for mart I'm surprised. We're only working next to about $200k, so it isn't close to we're looking for 1/2 a million dollar homes here. :(
Your input would be appreciated.
Answers: I would only work near one. There’s a potential issues with procuring lead to of sale http://www.G00GLE.com/search?hl=en&q=pro...
The agents I know will not show a home to a buyer who have not been preapproved. It’s because 1) they want to bring in sure you’re looking only at homes contained by your price range and 2) they don’t want you to try and write an volunteer before you enjoy a source of financing – usually offers are accompany by a preapproval letter.
So it’s not that you weren’t one taken seriously; your agent was trying to protect you from disappointment. Not to be a smart(a)ss, but if you weren’t preapproved, how be your agent supposed to know which houses might be right for you? Price is a huge factor in “right.”
I tender your agents kudos for keeping up with you, and for not showing you homes up to that time you had financing address.
You could run into some legal issues if more afterwards one agent gives you information on one and the same house.
Personally I would simply dump agent #1 and go next to another one.
She is not doing her job. It will not be rude, lately business.

Answers: no answers but huh
Yes, you have to work for a broker. You can not supply property with with the sole purpose an agents license.
The county thing should not situation, as long as it is the same state.
Talk to alike broker under whom you have your license when you were leasing commercial properties. (You do know that you have to be under a broker to do that, don't you?)
