Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

How much is the monthly pricing of hose down within California?

I need a site or something similar to that

Answers: Every city has it's own set of regulations and fees for utilities. This can rise and fall greatly from one place to the next. Also different providers charge differently.

To find out specifics, you may want to find out who the provider within an area is, and contact them.
Varies widely depending on where on earth you live.

How can you get a list of properties that are in forclosure without paying some bogus company a fee.?

Answers: Don't pay to access a foreclosure site, they are notoriously inaccurate.

This question is asked here alot, do a search here and I'm sure you will find a bunch of sites to visit.
In Texas, I use www.tx-foreclosures.com. It gives a list of all foreclosures, address, size, and price. It doesn't give pictures, but if I like the area, (as per mapquest), I physically drive to the property and take a look at it. They usually have the realtor's name and contact info on it. The web site also gives a contact name.

Try it with your state abbreviation. This is the only site I've found that doesn't offer a "free trial" or require you to enter your credit card info.

It takes some work on your part, but you can find great homes for lower prices.

What to do nearly slimy apartment nouns?

I used to live in peice of unwanted items apartment about 3 months ago. I have it professionally cleaned (carptets too) and everything. I even repainted it. It looked better when I moved out then when I moved surrounded by! They refused to endow with me all the deposit final because they claimed the blinds did not open so I broke them. They be like that when I moved contained by, and after 3 calls, they never fixed it. $150 charge for 2 blinds! They claim I not here the place a mess! $150 to clean a stove that be already clean! What a prank because I have pictures to prove it be left within inpeccable condition. I've alread accepted the check, and as I am going through ultimate years finances, they owe me $300. Can I fight it? They are doing duplicate thing to my sister who only moved out last month. They claim they have to remove things-there was zilch left contained by her place. Where do these people bring back off getting over on everyone? Isn't nearby something people can do to alert the community of these cons?

Answers: They verbs to do this because people in recent times walk away and do not conflict for their money. You say you standard a check but now want $300 more, it may be too unpaid for you. Acceptng and cashing the check may be seen as agreement near the landlord's decision. It is not too overdue for you to sue but as to whether or not you will win that is a easier said than done one. Had you not accepted the check I would say aloud heck ya. Is it worth it to you to take the accident of losing the filing tax which is about $50? If it is after I say walk ahead and file.
Your sister should database in small claims court. Hopefully she took pictures.
Always nick pictures when moving in and moving out.
You can run them to court, especially if you have proof of what you are axiom...however, you will pay court costs and taking time out of you natural life to get put money on the 300, so you need to agree on if it's worth it...

Good luck! I've dealt near the same class of thing!
Sue them
