My mother wants to gain a mobile in a senior mobile home park or a 55+ park, but she's individual 49 years old. Could she do it, or does it basically depend on the park?

Answers: Most 55+ parks allow 10% of the residents to not be 55 or older, but it depends on the park. Call the negotiator of the park she is interested in and ask.
If it's age restricted, consequently the park doesn't have a choice but to jump by age.

The law say they must be consistent or else it's nouns.

In other words, if the park makes permission decisions by age, afterwards if they let a 49 year behind the times widow live there, consequently they have to tolerate a 49 year old woman beside 4 kids live there too.
depends on the park.

Yes, that is my actual last term!
water problems surrounded by basement is not your home. besides you didn't "know it" when you walk in. And you are asking a bunch of freaks on answers.yahoo.com.

NOT YOUR HOME, MOVE ON!

NEVER SETTLE ON ANYTHING, EVER.
When it’s the one, you basically know. The first time I walked into my house, dingy walls, diluted floors and all, I know it was going to be my house and that no other would suffice.

Oh, and I despise ranch homes too so guess what I terminated up falling in love near? ;-)
When the wife and I bought ours you just know it when you first totter in if it feel right or not if you have any doubt
Do Not do it you will apologize for for a long time to come.
If it doesn't "feel" right then it's not "the one."

Even if it take a year, keep looking til you find "the one."
After doing this for awhile, I suspect that you hold not found the "ONE". I am certain you are getting frustrated near you house hunt, but when its the one, you know it.

Before I bought my first house, I looked at quite a few, and when I walk in the house I eventually purchased, I know it had to be mine.

It is sort of an instinct.

Water surrounded by the basement and drainage problems can be fixed. If you cannot spawn up your mind, it isn't the one.
