Have you filed chptr 7 bankruptcy lately and did you lose your house?
Answers: I'm looking for an attorney to file Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I'm wondering if you are allowed to file Chapter 7 with a home loan... the different 'chapters' are based on the amount you owe and your income.
To answer your question about losing your house: Either way, no, you won't lose your house if you are not going to include it in your bankruptcy. (You get to choose what gets paid and what does not.)
Bankruptcy DOES NOT discharge a mortgage. You will be required to pay all back payments over a period of time and keep all future payments current.
Live contained by familial co. owned duplex and I am part of the pack owner, does any other partner own right to evict me?
my rent has be raised by one of the other partner, and I have lived near my girlfriend and that partner has requested that she moves or I and my boys will be evicted. I also work for my house. Wanted to know if I have any decriminalized rights to protect myself. This same partner has put the property up for public sale without consulting me. I have need of to know where I stand.Answers: DUH! If you are chunk owner, and its just the two of you...stop letting them/him/her push you around. If in that was an agreement beforehand roughly speaking no boarders, then the girlfriend probably have to go. But stop letting them run the show. If you own as much as they do, they cannot construct all these decision without your input. Stand up for yourself! Get a attorney !
If you are a legal partner (meaning it is contained by writing) the only bearing anyone can throw you out or raise your rent etc is if they hold the majority. This is when you agree that your contribution is smaller number than theirs...usually also means your profit is smaller quantity than theirs.
If the majority rules, then you are out of luck. If they hold the same % as you do, explain to them to take a flying leap.
FYI: It doesn't nouns as if you have much acquaintance of your business or your place in it. In this luggage you probably shouldn't have the responsibility. Do some research on business practices within your state and go from near.
Good answers but it all comes down to who have the bigger share in the property or is it 50/50 if so later tell them to posterior off if they want you out of the picture dispense them the chance to buy you out or you buy them out.
I will be moving to a 1 bdrm apt in Plano, TX. What is my best option for an affordable electric plan?
Answers: The one the electrical company provides. You don't have much choice. If you're living on a shoestring, you may want to ask about a flat payment plan so you can avoid bill shock when the bill comes in for the extra-heavy winter and summer months (assuming you have and use A/C). Be cautious - don't keep the place super warm or super cool until you see your bill - it will avoid a huge surprise.
Before actually moving into a place request the last years utility bill/cost from the previous tenant/owner.And this should help you decide if you can do it or not.
