I want to sell my Grandma's house (I adjectives it) as-is, without going through a realtor. How do I step about this? What are the steps? Please don't bring up to date me to go through a realtor, as I want this to be done by the family connections and done asap. If you hold a buyer, each side should own their own attorney. Each will review the contract to ensure their client’s needs are met. The lawyer can explain in detail what you requirement to do.
If you don’t have a buyer, and you want to get rid of fast, you should do what you’re relating us you don’t want to. I find it firm to believe it was an oversight and it should hold been corrected at the closing table.
You would contact the attorney that did your artistic closing, and your "friend" has to sign bad on it as well.
